flimper - i was a bit skeptical with Styner Sunningdale after a bad Service experienced (when they removed the microfilter inside the cabing, they left all the leaves which had collected underneath the mat!!!)

I expressed my disappointment to Diane who works there and again, credit where its due - next they they had it in for some warranty work it was fully valeted - and thats not the regular wash and dry!

Apologies Ian, I hadn't seen your reply. Did you have issues with Sytner Solihull? I'd be interested to help rectify this.

Hi Anneka,

Yup, it's Solihull. Alex Bryan is currently dealing with the multitude of foul-ups personally, and doing better than the majority of his colleagues. I'm currently on holiday, but the car will be going back in again when I get back (return number 4). I've virtually experienced the entire model range in courtesy cars, but hope the next will be the last (having seen a few new 5-series out here in Germany which look quite nice, I'm banking on one of them).

I'll save my thoughts until it's sorted (I've given up on some things for fear of more things getting broken/damaged), however it's fair to say that not much pride or care is taken by those in the workshop/"smart" repair centre.

Iv used Sytner Nottingham for parts and service a few times... they looked after my E46 M3 for me and did a great job and were very good on price (about £800 for a insp2 on the M3 .. some places were quoting well over £1k!!) and were very good on the customer service side with courtesy cars and regular texts on the progress of work.. Ok I know you can probably get work done cheaper elsewhere but Sytners do excellent work and do make you feel like a valued customer. When then Zcoupe needs anything I'll send it to Sytner Nottingham without a doubt.
