26, 5NCB, decent ish post code, garaged overnight, teacher.

Last year (obviously 25, 4NCB) I paid just over £900 for my M coupe.

This year I'm getting quotes around £790-815. Does this sound reasonable? Was hoping for it to be more like 750.

Seems very good mate to be honest.

32, 9NCB, decentish postcode, garaged overnight, general surgeon, my premium is around £800.

And i shop around a lot because i'm a tight bugger! I think to get a good price (<£500) key factors are limited mileage, no commuting, and a very safe postcode (as in sleepy country village)

Good luck with the search

And driving experience too - specifically with performance vehicles - helps too. Especially with specialist providers. The forum-preferred provider, Chris Knott, were good on this score...

Good postcode in small rural village..But use the car as daily commuter

My missus is insured too,she had a bump 2 years ago so the insurance is loaded even though she is just a named driver on my policy..
