Well got my renewal from Admiral - £218 fully comp, legal assistance, protected etc
Had a quick look round with other Brokers and got it down to £158 for the same cover (although customer service reviews weren't brilliant)
Call to Admiral tonight and asked them to improve their quote and they offered £162 for the same cover
A pity they couldn't offer that in the first place but Hey Ho that's the game to be played I guess
They even waived the £5.95 charge to pay by credit card
SWMBO pretty miffed at paying £200 for a 1.4 Astra
