Instrument Cluster Pixel Repair

So the small pixel display between the speedo and rev counter has become faulty and although I didn't find it that useful, my ocd is getting the better of me.

Has anyone repaired one before or knows someone reasonably priced? Found this on ebay but doesn't seem to include any instructions

Try bigwin (Stuart). I had a problem in my instrument cluster. He was able to replace the whole unit with a fully working one from another car. He is able to make the change without the usual problems affecting mileage retention etc.
