INSTALL PROBLEM WITH SOUND GENERATOR

WENT TO INSTALL THE SOUND GENERATOR ON 2006 Z4 ROADSTER, FOUND NO ACCESS HOLE ON THE AIR INTAKE TO INSTALL. DO I HAVE TO REPLACE THE COMPLETE AIR INTAKE ??

If it's a 3.0 then you should already have the sound generator as standard, unless it was removed by a previous owner. Have you checked to see if there's a pipe that goes from the intake to the bulkhead?
