I had my Inspection 1 done yesterday at Sytner Sunningdale, and there are slight differences between my invoice and an earlier quote I'd had from another dealer. They both had Oil, Microfilter, Screenwash, Oil Filter and 7 Gaskets but in addition the quote had 13xRubber Seal, 13xFlat Washer, 2xRubber Seal whereas the invoice only had 2xWasher. Is this anything to be concerned about?
Had a white sdrive23i as a loan car and it is certainly a head turner all right. As for performance, it must be driven in Sport mode otherwise it feels sluggish (no surprise after the M). It was the basic spec so no Satnav :thumbsdown:, electric seats or auto lights and Full Leather is a must as it looks a bit cheap without. The leather seats were not as good quality as the M either.
Brakes and handling were decent enough, but I was very surprised with how harsh the ride was. Coming from the M it didn't bother me, but it may shock someone used to a comfortable ride. All in all a decent motor, but I was desperate to get back into the M. 30k for the 23i or 20k for the M? No brainer imo.
