INPA or SITA - Essex

I don't suppose anyone has access to INPA or ISTA in Essex , North / East London at all, I'm trying to reset a 5E30 code after a flat battery and my C310+ doesn't seem to have the ability to clear it (and I don't have a PC to buy the software / clear the code).
