INPA diagnostics

I have downloaded and installed the files from this thread https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=107989&start=225 in the first post by SilverWx. When I run INPA, it responds to me plugging / unplugging the cable so I think it is set up correctly, but there is no E89 option.

Am I missing something, or do I need to download some other files?
