Inner tyre wear? What replacements in stock sizes?

I've noticed the very inner portion of my rear tyres is close to the wear marker were as you look across the tyre face towards the outsides there is gradually more depth as you go across (about 3mm above the tyre marker on the very outer). Is this normal?
They are Continental Sportcontact 2's and probably the originals (cars done 13k) but they havent been on the car for the 13k as the previous owner had some 19's on during spring/summer, i'd say they'd done between 8-10k.

yes it is common on our cars. There is a thread here somewhere explaining that this negative camber (responsible for that wear) is mostly predominant when there is suspension compression from the rear. Interesting reading if you can find it.

What do people think of replacements wise in the stock sizes for 18" M wheels....thats 225x45x18 and 255x40x18? Even though the fronts are ok i may go for a matching set and sell the fronts.

I'd been considering the Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta, is it ok to have the fronts with a load rating of 99 but rears as 95?
What other tyres are available in stock sizes, i'm struggling!

(PS2's are to much cash really when cheaper alternatives are practically as good or better according to some reviews).

There's at least one who really likes the Vredesteins, others like Falkens and there are a few who like the Michelin PS2 ZPs. Lots of threads on here.
