Inner roof lining

On the off side the inner lining of the roof has a tear in it looks as if it is catching on where the seat belt appears from its housing. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Thanks for the link but mine lining is taught in the closed position the problem occurs when the roof is folding on opening looks as if its "forgotten" its folds

Yes I have. A tear about 3 inch long.
