Cleaned up most of the engine bay yesterday, Ferecla scratch remover, quite corse like T Cut, then polished over the top, the still work in progress, it's the original paint in there and although quite clean there was plenty of well worn in dirt, it's beyond me really as they had the engine out of the car for rebuilding it would've been easy to coat it up too, nice and solid though, still got the spot welds everywhere, nice to see :thumbsup:

Also the bonnet release cable has given up the ghost, fortunately whilst the bonnet was open :D that's me grounded until a new one arrives from the States :driving:

I get everything from America Steve, there are some great companies over there that sell almost everything, at a price ofcourse, from rubber Gromits all the way through, there's a massive market over there, I think nearly 300,000 S30 Z's were sold from 1970-1978, 240/260/280Z :driving:
