Indy servicing and reseting the computer

Just a quick queery. Would any indy/local garage be able to reset the service interval or would it need to be a dealer of specialist indy. I didn't go for the extended warranty and so am unlikely to use a dealer for the forthcoming oil change between Insp1 and 2. I always do an interim with Opie oil and the local garage but would wan tthe interval re-set for the 'proper' oil change.

I went to an independent for my oil service and they reset my oil and brake indicator.

I got an oil service done at an Indy and reset the Service Interval myself. Cant remember the procedure though but its pretty easy.
