Hi just bought my first z4 as a second car, so in winter i will store it in the water proof garage
Any hints and tips on a good quality indoor cover please?
Plenty on e bay for £100 ish but what is a good quality, easy on/off cover i will get use out of, if it has BMW badge on even better
Thanks
Allan

Very Good quality, fits well, easy on and off, if like me you don't have a stubby you need to take your whippy off.
No BMW badge but a lot cheaper for a quality item that does what it says on the tin

If its just a dust cover you're looking for, I recently made one up from three old double bed sheets, cut to shape and sewn together. Cost next to nothing from a charity shop but I did have to buy a couple metres of wide elastic and at great expense a cloth 6" dia. BMW badge off Ebay.
You do need a willing wife/partner who can use an electric sewing machine.
Only problem I had was the sheets were 'flannelette'? and tended to leave fibres on the soft top. Ended up lining that bit of the cover with a plain cotton sheet.

Grumpyowl, Did yours come plain, or does it have the QCC logo on ? (I just want a plain one).
- Also is it a good tight fit rather than having loads of spare hanging off it ?

It's plain no logos.
Elasticated alround flared for the mirrors to fit a really good cover

Dunno, just ordered it, should be here Sat when i can feed back to the forum. It's surprising how much dust settles on my car when sat in the garage and stumbling on this post made be purchase the cover.

Hi All,
Keep seeing goodies that I just have to buy. My clicking finger is showing serious signs of wearing thin! Can't not look after our toys though. This cover will save me mucho Trabajo, I'm sure.

The Cosmo cover arrived today. Good quality, fits over the Z with ease and looks to be well made and of a good quality. Recommended.
