Indicators on with side and headlights

Sorry, another light question!

My Z4 had daytime running lights on when I got it so the outermost front indicator on offside and near side were on with sidelights permanently.
Enuff_zed kindly came round and turned off the US DLR option for me which was great and sorted the problem.

Just noticed though that the same bloody outermost indicators are permanently on with sidelights and headlights turned on.

I’ve finally managed to get the BMW scanner 1.4 running and get the following LCM module options up. Is there something I can select here to turn these outermost indicators off please? I can’t see anything obvious but would welcome any suggestions. If it’s not a coding issue I think it must be LCM or wiring related.

Thanks in advance!

Oh we didn't notice that before!
Have you got any LEDs in the headlights? They can cause problems.

Hi Martin, I’m not sure if they are LED. Are you thinking it may not be registering due to the low voltage of LED and think a bulb is out and put the position lights on? That’s a good point although there is no bulb out warning on the dash.

I could experiment by unchecking the cold/hot check boxes for the headlights and see what happens.

That’s a good start
