thats terrible! almost as bad as when I was trying to get on the bus the other day - the asian conductor stood on the step and said "sorry sir, jam packed full!"

I said " I don't want to know your name mate, I just want to get on the bus!".....

(And since I endure a constant stream of sheep jokes without a squeak, I hope nobody takes offence LOL!).
