Today was a good day.

The sun shone finally, and I thought to myself bugger going to work. Went for a wee trip to my local friendly body shop and picked up some more poorboy stuff..

After a good wash and polish with the super slick n' suds, followed by Black hole glaze finished with some Natty wax.. My bonnet looked mighty shiny.

All well and good, except when your car looks this clean you gotta take it for a good spin on the B road route home. Ach well, I guess I can have another day detailing tomorrow :D

(Pointless thread that should technically be in the detailing section :roll: )

ice-cube, today was a good day???? WOW classic hip hop right ther!!!!! very impressed with that one....... i grew up listening to cube, snoop and dre.... throw in alittle run D, today was definitely a good day!! :-) Damnn i miss the olden days....

Yup, that PoorBoys Black hole glaze is pretty incredible stuff. I didn't even use a rotary polisher, just an automatic buffer pad, well recommended for black cars.

Just need to avoid blasting down the local B roads right after my cleaning sesh! (My wife thinks I'm a monumental idiot btw) :D

As per previous comment. Scotland is 80% rain 10% chip fat and 10% alcohol. No, no hosepipe ban up here.

I can't believe you guys have a ban already.
