Yep, Halfords (on Putney Road in Leicester).
Wife's 2009 Fiesta rear lights went. Having once replaced a rear indicator bulb, wasn't going to play games with Ford's appallingly badly designed access to rear lights again. So, took the car to Halfords and went for a walk.
They found 2 blown fuses, replaced them and 3 bulbs for £28.79.
I thought that was very good.
