father in-law drives a jag xf sport and takes it to one of these car washing places  he wouldn't understand the pleasure I get of doing it myself.

Hope you have them trained to keep you supplied with teas and coffees as its thirsty work polishing a zed

My in-laws don't get the car thing at all. We should all drive 4 door fiesta diesels and go through a car wash twice a year. When it finally stops working, scrap it and buy another brand new one. They can't understand why somebody would want to pay more than £10k for a car. When we bought the Zed and X5 they even bent my ear. Evidently we should have invested the money for our futures instead of buying cars to loose money.

Pics of shiney Zed or did you chicken out and end up playing scrabble with them........the deluxe scrabble version of course :poke:
ended up going to the pub the weather was lashing it down, lame excuses i know

The fil is ex traffic cop and has a love of cars, he likes bmw but doesn't see the massive appeal in the zed

But he seems swayed by American cars, I mentioned a gt500 and he loved it!!

The mil has no interest and thinks the zed is silly lol

Nope, they've had three Fiestas and a Granada company car before that.
