I've just bought this app for 69p.
What mount do you use for your phone that holds it sideways and doesn't block camera and is rocksteady?

That app I bought really works. I'm using it in works van with phone in airplane mode which shuts of my speed and gps etc(I have another phone for calls at work) to keep my data usage down.
