I'm interested in one of these cameras for my coupe. I have a possible budget up to 100 pounds. What's out there that's any good for my budget?

Some good reviews of cameras here to get you started http://www.techmoan.com/what-is-the-best-dashcam/

I have a mini 801 HD camera installed in my zed, but there are quite a few threads on this topic. You should find something for your budget no problem

Transcend DrivePro (Or is it a ProDrive?) here. Simple wee thing, no GPS but a clear picture, however, I am having trouble with the software, grrrr. I like the look of the mini 803

The 801 I have is a brilliant camera and I have had no issues with it whatsoever. It's also very discreet when once fitted, in fact I forget that it is even there as the camera is obscured by the rear view mirror. The reviews of the newer upgraded 803 look good and I think one or two members have or are in the process of buying an 803.

Started using my iPhone 6 plus with Car Camera DVR from the App Store around 3 months ago. From memory it cost me a one-off £1.99 and I think it's great. Defo worth a try for the minimal expense involved!

I have an 0805 and just bought an 0806.

The slide on / off from the bracket is not easy if that is what you want to do, I never remove mine though.

Take the memory card out from the bottom (easy) to view, the images through the unit itself will not be that great.

Slightly more than your budget but I've just fitted a Blackvue HD

Ran cheaper cameras for a while with expected results, but these are simply outstanding.
Usual full HD, but the real tricks comes with ability to work day or night-time, monitoring when parked up for bumps, Wi-Fi to connect to your phone for real time stream or controlling the camera.
Has GPS so you can capture a route play it back and see speed, times, overlay route maps to video.

You'd get something on ebay for £150 if you don't try fo the latest model.
