Improving reverse light

I'm looking for some game changer improvement for reverse lightning.
I already tried an Osram LED bulb, which is brighter than original but still doesn't light up the floor and sides good enough, making it difficult to reverse at night.
A flashy LED bulb shining straight back is no real solution.

I have a problem with dark autodim side mirrors at night (they are normal at daylight). They should lighten up when reversing as the owner manual says, but they don't. So I really need some solution here.

Any suggestion? Just don't mention bright numplate lights please, I'm alergic to these...

I'm thinking of adding some sort of LED strap somewhere above the numplate in a hidden way. But I don't know what exactly to use there to be hidden and bright enough.

Underglow rock lights, the ones they fit on lifted American trucks. Plaster the back end underneath the car with them. You can drill through the battery box to run power to them and use the reverse power feed to activate a switch or Bluetooth your phone to them to turn them on.

Any link perhaps?
