Imola Z4MR - What alloys?

they are hard to get hold of, basically 90% of the m3 v8s came ordered with the 19s, but now their is a market for these rare wheels, price wise you'll get a perfect set with tyres for around 1500 quid. you can get rough sets cheap but the spokes crack when exposed to heavy impacts so be wary of very cheap ones. They were made by cromodora (sp) who made the oem wheels for AMG, bentley and ferrari. They were rare on the m3 here in Europe.

i just love them they car looks so mean on them but they are on the aggressive side in terms of fitment.

The z4 is very wheel sensitive and a decent set REALLy make the car.

Morning All

Just thought I'd throw a bit of my experience in here as Rota Grids were mentioned earlier in the post.
I know there is a lot of talk of these being weak / cracking - I have first hand experience of this and would not personally buy them again:
- ran a 9.5 & 10 x 18 on my R33 skyline and had to have the front repaired twice for fracture cracks :headbang:
- the suspension on the car was very hard, but I don't think the Rota's really stand up to use on a heavy / powerful car
- the guy who repaired them for me commented on how thin they were in terms of construction!

I'd definitely recommend a 'good' brand (BBS, APEX, etc) or OEM such as Beedub is suggesting.
