I'm the only Canadian , aren't I?

An American is as Canadian as an Irish is a Brit

Remember that Canadians also have their culture linked to the Brits, not to our immediate neighbours :D

Only jesting you say.... and I was about to do a NOSA. Grrr!

As the only dual citizen on here (at the moment) I therefore claim supremacy !! Huzzah , huzzah!, huzzah !

Now, it's minus 19 degrees C , the roads are covered in packed snow and polished ice sooooo... I think I'll take the car out for a spin.
No, not that car...the baby Land Rover I think is the choice for today, and pretty much all the other days from November to April
The truth is, we are going to the airport to pick up Mom in Law, arriving from the Island (Vancouver Island) for three whole weeks.

Oh boy, won't that be fun.

Wow that is cold. Guessing your Z is wrapped up somewhere warm right now??

Well, if you stop by to visit in Montreal on your next trip, I might consider you for a "part time" Canadian status

You like Chief Forum Matchmaker pvr? GPs earn a packet in Canada

GP's are the lowest paid of the med pro's , but it is a very good living

WE do seem to have a shortage of people fixers at the present.... worth a thought ?

I have 2 friends from Med school who are more rural GPs out in Canada and what they get paid is immense, I suppose its because they live in pretty remote parts. Saw a pic of one's newly built house and it was huge and very impressive. Certainly compared to where I live...
If there was a reason to relocate out there, not just money I'd move

Sister-in-law is a midwife in Canada.... Just emigrated a couple of years back and is loving it :)

Housing you get for your money, land, location etc is fantastic. As long as you like snow for half the year :D

Tapatalking...

Canada was high on my list to go to, but ended up in the UK instead. Plenty of fellow Dutchman in Canada as well.
