My aunt and cousins live in Vancouver and I have been there a lot - does that count?

I have 2 friends from Med school who are more rural GPs out in Canada and what they get paid is immense, I suppose its because they live in pretty remote parts. Saw a pic of one's newly built house and it was huge and very impressive. Certainly compared to where I live...
