Having a bit of a wiring issue. I had an aftermarket stereo installed in my ‘04 Z4 and they removed the cigarette lighter to install a USB plug in its location. I’ve decided to relocate the usb plug so I can reinstall the cigarette lighter in its factory location (and have a power port as well). All went well until I went to plug in the cigarette lighter to the harness. Assuming that these knuckleheads didn’t cut the wires and connector off the factory harness, where is it located? I looked and felt all around but couldn’t find the connector to plug in the lighter socket. Any advice?
