I know someone who bought an Evoque, similar in spec to the one I have and he has had it over a year so far and I've kept an interest in his ownership experience. Hasn't had a thing go wrong so far. Still, we shall see. :wink:

I was looking at one of those but the performance difference v running costs didn't add up tot me. Went well though. Also a petrol Evouqe was proving quite hard to find second hand at a dealer. The dealer chucked in an extended warranty to sweeten the deal so from ownership I have 4 1/2 years!

My sister bought a new freelander 4 years ago and I thought to myself , this will be interesting and 3 weeks in to her ownership it went in to some sort of meltdown and the dealer had to come and collect it , it was sorted without any hassle and has been fault free since

You probably haven't noticed but things have moved on quite a bit since the mid-90's!
The be honest, apart from one used car salesman there who has sold me my cars, my BMW dealer experience hasn't been that great! :?
Good stuff, i used to love the Evoque but i see so many of them in Edinburgh now they kind of lost there sparke with me..
