I'm leaking! Passenger Footwell Water Leak

I've seen this issue pop up before, but I'm honestly not clear on what is needed to fix it!

Any thoughts on where to start?

EDIT solved with a new door sill rubber.

Cool, okay. So pop the bonnet and make sure nothing is out of place in that top corner or...?

This will get you to the point of removing the scuttle panel to inspect the drains...
