How many here would consider or have had hydro dipping done to their Zed as a style feature?

Got loads of parts for mine I'd like dipped, but no one local offer's the service
got a guy 2mins from my work.
seems to do a lot of interior trim and wheels in various dips for dealers and punters.
not tried any myself, but was tempted to let him do some trim on my steering wheel.

Where are you

south west/Exeter
but the guy is happy to do stuff if you box it up and send to him.

Place in Stockport does this. Not cheap but looks good.

I will be using them to do the front grilles and Center insert in the M sport rear bumper when I have them fitted. (Provided I don’t fall out with the car in the meantime due to the continued fecking DCT gearshift issues).

several of us have used hydro dipping on our Z4's 3 or 4 years back. much better than wrapping

How are the parts holding up? Do they wear well?

Love the Red splodges on the Engine cover. 8)

Just notices they are skulls, :o would prefer plain splodges. :D

I'm interested in all this as well.
@mr.tourette, in what pattern did you get yours dipped and may I ask the cost?
