I’m done

IMAG5315.jpgThanks for the kind sentiments guys, Mrs smartbear retired a couple of years ago & i took the offer of voluntary severance to join her.
I realise I'm a pretty lucky bear and took the opportunity without any delay 👍

Good time to get out - any longer and you would have lost your hair as well like your colleagues

Enjoy Rob..

Can't see myself ever retiring TBH. Spending MORE time with the wife and kids is enough to make me want to work!!

So when"s Harry getting his Zed then. :D

Harry’s a terrible driver, it’s best he doesn’t get one
Rob

You can'y judge him on how he drives a tube train though

People who wear these to do excercise are in no position to comment......

I worked until the day before I turned 70. Still enjoyed the job, but the commuting was driving me crazy, as it took longer every year. I retired in September of 2010 and have never regretted it. We took the Miata to a local provincial park today so we could get our daily two mile walk done there.

I was lucky enough to get early retirement at 54. It's good to be able to do things when it suits you, not because you have a spare half hour before doing something else. You can make your own timetable and forget about deadlines.
Enjoy your retirement.

Congratulations, and... spare a thought for those of us still with 25 years to go!

And you are the same age as well?

HAHHAA, yeah can you imagine! thats what 2080 will bring, so you're 114 years old, oh well... still another 25 years to go!
