Hi, I’m back with 3rd z4 g29 30i, collect feb1st. Misano blue and loaded. Since my last z4 35is there has been a few cars been and gone including jag f type r 500 plus bhp, great but to noisy. Aston vantage, v.cool but jeez service costs. Porsche 911 c4s, ditto service costs. But near on the perfect sports car. Mini jcw modded and mental. So back in Z4 4pot 250 hp and totally balanced and sane. I’m now retired and old so was told to behave. :lol:

Surprised with the comments on the C4S I have a 996 C4S and I've spent about 3k on that nearly 10K on the Z and had the 911 longer. The servicing on the 911 is cheaper too. Although I only use specialists, Strasse in Leeds as they have looked after my dads cars for donkeys.

Hi tomscott, referring to main dealers on the servicing costs. Specialists are definitely better value as you quite rightly say. Example, my mini JCW oil change and filters main dealer £347. Specialist £150 using genuine bmw parts. I am a skinflint. :D
