Whilst I've got the bumper and lights off it makes sense to replace the bulbs, mine are looking a little worse for wear anyway...does anyone have any recommendations for replacements that bring no coding error.

I also noticed the clips on the module are broken. Should I replace? And if so, any ideas which to get.

I'm just making sure I don't order the wrong ones as this is the first time I've done it!

Also, bit of progress update after stripping down the inside of the light, cleaning the inside and giving the fronts a good polish. :)

Sorry, but if the xenon bulbs are still functioning/working it doesn't really make that much sense to replace 100 quid items just for the sake of it. :?
Why not buy a set to keep in reserve, then replace when one or both decide to give up, making sure you matched the output temp/colour?
When you re-assemble the headlights after polishing you will probably notice a BIG difference in light output.

I'm still on my original zenon bulbs 6years later and they show no sign of giving up yet... fingers crossed.

I replaced my xenon with osram night breaker xenarc and they are fine. Much better than the mismatched pair that were in there beforehand from the previous owner

Fair point. I wasn't aware of just how much they are to buy. Think I'll hold of until they go pop (which will probably be 1 week after I've refit the bumper).

Thanks for the tip.

I bought these ones and have been pleased with them.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0068M1DRS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

But in March 2020 they were only £59.99!
