Ignition Won't Turn At All?!

So, I was replacing my low beams just now. Everything went relatively smoothly until I went to turn on the car to see if the lights worked. I can't even turn the key in the ignition now. It literally won't turn at all. I've never had this problem or anything close to it. The car isn't dead. The fob will unlock it and the radio will turn on when I push the knob.

Any one have any suggestions? I've searched and can't find any solutions here. I'm going to try to disconnect the battery. Maybe that will help?
 
Figured it out!

When I turned the wheels all the way in one direction, for some reason the ignition locks. I pulled the wheel and then tried to turn it on and it worked.
