Started the car at lunch time and thought id got a V8 or imprezza! it was lumpy and not well at all! I GAVE IT A REV TO CLEAR IT ANDall that happened was the Engine light came on. Called BMW break down care and was helped by a lady on the phone. Then i got a txt saying they would arrive in 20mins- 15 mins later in pulls the 530d. Diagnosed as a brokken ignition coil in cylinder 1. The mechanic said that the orginal coils were s**t and did them all for me! Only bad point was my warrenty went from full to renewed last week so it cost me £100. Ah well- cant fault BMW assist they were great!
