The ignition chime will sound 2/3 times after I shut down the engine and remove the keys. It's also leaves the interior lights and parking light indicator on draining the battery. I've be able to finesse the key one or twice when removing it; idk if something is loose or I got lucky... From what I found, others have suggested it is the ignition switch, dirty key cylinder or a loose ground wire (I also considered maybe dead key battery).
