Bugatti Veyron - Simply an engineering masterpiece
Porsche Panamera Turbo S - My ideal saloon car.
Aston Martin DB9 - Sex on wheels
Mercedes SLS 65 AMG - Stunning car, fantastic engine
BMW M5 e60 - Surely no justification needed.
New Z4 35is (or wait for the V8 Z4M :-D) - Again (on this forum of all) no justification needed.
New Range Rover 5.0 V8 Supercharged - Awesome Off-Roader
Nissan Skyline GTR - Lucky enough to have driven one of these twice. Never driven anything that comes anywhere near the speed/handling combination.
1960 Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato - Prettiest car ever built?
Mercedes SLR 722 - I think I just creamed myself
 
The Z4 would not make top 10. Maybe 12 or 13 in a top 20.

Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione

Koenig Ferrari F50
Bugatti 16/4 Veyron

God know what the practical everyday car would be out of these. Might stick a Prius our of sight.
