P PDJ Senior member Worsley Manchester Feb 1, 2020 #1 Removing the rear sub frame to have it powder coated and change all the bushes, it is not easy doing it yourself in a single garage on axle stands. I will get it done and should be worth it in the end but it has been a long day.

P PDJ Senior member Worsley Manchester Feb 1, 2020 #4 The little washer/nut that holds the heat shields on are work of the devil. Some of the alloy heat shields have turned to dust around the steel bolt so will price some new ones but has some bits of alloy sheet ready to make some repair patches.
