Idle revs sitting at around 1250

I have noticed that my z4s idle revs are sitting at around 1250.

Used to be around 750. I had an EML light come on recently and garage said they could find no fault and told to run a BG44k through the system.

Anyone had something similar? Anything I need to check?

Fuel cleaning products have been discussed on the Forum before - not recommended I seem to remember.......
In any event this shouldn't create a sudden increase in idle revs.
Have you had any fault code checks....? Could be several issues (and particularly if you have had the EML light on)

Thanks for reply. The garage said that the light came on due to a nondescript emissions fault. But made no mention to error codes. I'll check it out again tomorrow and see what the revs are like then.
