Identify exhaust.

Hi. Can anyone identify this exhaust please. The system is one piece from the cats and has a small box in the centre. It looks OEM and fits fine. The paper label on the back box is as follows.

N52 ECH LH AUTO/

Assuming this is a part number it is nowhere close to the realoem number. Also - is there any real difference between the manual and automatic versions as they have different numbers.

I'm still trying to reduce the drone as in previous posts. No sign of any modifications to this system, but I'm just wondering if it is exactly the right one if that makes any difference. The label might indicate it is for a Left hand drive automatic and mine is right had drive manual. Thanks.
 
maybe a photo of certain bits would help someone to identify - at least to confirm if it isn't OEM. Back box, hanging mounts etc
 
Thanks for that. Will do next time I'm under it - have to address the diff flange soon as well as it is now really noisy. Wont be for a couple of weeks though as I'm away at Donington next weekend.
