Ideal Coilover Spring Rate for an E86 Si Sport

Trawling through various forums and threads trying to get some opinions on the ideal coilover spring rate for daily used E86 Si Sport.

Had previously switched to B4 shocks and Eibach springs, but now looking for a lil more drop on the rear.

I know BC coilovers are popular but I'm also considering the HSD Dualtech option, again a popular option on other BMW forums.

HSD recommend the 7kg spring rating front and rear.

Hard: 12kg Front, 8.5kg Rear
Soft: 6kg Front, 7kg Rear

I'm running 6F/10R on BCs in on a Z4MR, which is a massive improvement over stock suspension. I could probably go a bit harder on the front but 6 kgs will likely be spot-on for an Si which has the much lighter N52 block. 10 kgs rear feels perfect to me.
