WOW new keks needed...glad he's ok, bloody scary!!

Had an old pry bar fly off a scrap lorry up the M5 once, hit the front valance on my MG metro, watched it cartwheel off the truck, was mesmerised watching it and it seemed to be in slow motion, until it hit that is...
 
Wow.
Worst I have had was on my bike on the M8.
A truck went over a large piece of plasterboard and it lifted straight up into the air right in front of me and I could do nothing but hold on as I went through it.
Also got hit by a large plastic plant pot that came off the back of a flat bed on the M77.
 
That must have been pretty terrifying!
I was hit by an exhaust silencer at about 70mph in my 320d. Fortunately, it just smashed the bumper and fog light, as well as wiping out the external temperature probe.

Something else hit the front bumper and bumper so it's in the shop at present.
