Haha sorry was trying to link my twitter with my fb fan page... without success... sorted now 
they were tests 
BTW perfect time just sorted all my photography social media! and im Getting 800-1000 hits a day on flickr from it which is really awesome!

Haha I did see that.... no idea who jilly cooper is! Ive put myself down as an artist on the page because there was no photographer genre. So im assuming she is a local artist. When I was at uni I was on the art campus so most of my mates were arties so its possibly someone they know.... :|

Ye I no reg flash but if you have a look it would be extremely difficult to recreate in HTML if anyone could produce something like this im all ears! But I think the design is very cool!
The site does have a piece of code that will direct devices that aren't flash capable to a html variant I just haven't built it yet... I haven't updated the website yet with all my new images, still has the place images to test it. Will do it later on today

I did want to produce something that was similar but the functionality is much more difficult to design than in flash but HTML performs much better. Thing with flash is that it protects your images too because its all embedded no right click save! lol

A site with full screen images that scale from a central depending on the X and Y axis of the browser from a central crop is actually really easy. There are loads of free scripts kicking about for it.
You could probably even find something similar that you could use from Cargo Collective http://cargocollective.com/ it's invite only (to keep the riff raft out), I think my account is still active so if you want a nice site that's easy to update and viewable on every device then I'll see if i can send you an invite.

Cheers for the info! Thing is I was really awesome at flash at uni it was pretty mainstream in 2006 before apple knocked it off and you could do really interesting graphical things that you couldnt do at the time with HTML.
Not overly savy with HTML apart from the basics neither am I savvy on the other tech that help make HTML shine. Need to do a bit of reading.
