I think I've found my non-Dealership BMW Shop?

Fellow Zed owners, I looked in the "Dealership Feedback" forum and most shop's appear to be over the pond (not in the USA)? Looking for any feedback on Percision Sport Industries, in Winter Park (Orlando), FL???? The lot was full of BMWs, two ways to read that.......first, they have a loyal customer base........ second, why are they're so many BMWs in the lot (over booking like the airlines?). Read some reviews (all positive), however, the techs seem a little young and the front desk person slipped and told me two of the techs where going to BMW certification school "next month" (2 of 5 technicians that work there). I think I should visit a few more local BMW shops?

On a second note, I love my black glossy redline rims, however, they require cleaning after every outing.........has anyone cracked the nut on keeping glossy black rims clean or just like any rim, they required cleaning after every drive? I've been wiping them with a micro-fiber cloth at the end of the day, is there a different mechanism out there that requires less elbow grease? I've never been a fan of brake dust covers, thanks!
