...........that thing called the sun!

I got my 30i in November and the only conditions I have driven in since then are wet, ice and snow. I've taken it steady as I've never had a rear wheel drive before so was very dubious about driving the Zed in less than favorable conditions.

Today though it's dry, the sun is beaming and I love my Zed! Didn't get the roof down unfortunately, I'm not feeling 100% at the mo and I thought it might be a tad cold even though the sun was in full flow. I drove past a bus stop with lots of people queuing at it and they all turned their heads as I drove past. I felt a warm glow inside :D

Can't wait for the weather to improve more. What a great car!

The best time for the roof down is when you are not feeling great. Your mood will improve dramatically.

Get yourself a good scarf and gloves - maybe a hat - or a coat with a high collar.

Got heated seats? Heater on full and you'll find winter roof down Zedding is wonderful.

Get out there and give it a try. . . .

:driving: :driving:

Super news Debonair.

I had mine down today too was superb.

I'm with Roy here and if just getting in the car doesnt make you feel better, roof down is sure to do it!

No, I mean I'm really not well, I actually went to the hospital and back today

Next time the big yellow thing in the sky is out I'll be sure to drop the old roof down 8)

Snap, today is my first top down for 2015. The rubber positively slurped from the body its been pressed there so long.

debonair.

Hope you are better soon.

Only had my Z4 a month, had one sunny day so dropped the roof, it was cool, but I wanted to take my elderly car loving dog out in it, it was fun.

Can't wait for it to get a little warmer.

Had the roof down tonight after along day of sun was only 2 degree but thought why not, heated seats on and blowers on full worth it!

I have my roof down at every opportunity...

Be it going done the motorway at 5am or out locally, if it's dry and puddle free then there is no excuse :D

Top Man

Had mine down going to work on Sunday morn at 7.30.....4 degrees but warm as toast with the heated seats on.
Got some strange looks driving through North London but used to that now coming from the E85 that I used to drive roof down whenever I could. :D

Yep, I've had the roof down with an indicated 2.5 degrees, heated seats and heater vents work fine. I have the wind deflector though. Main advantage, the car sounds LOADS nicer :)

Last year every month I had the roof down on a journey..... It has to be done you dont get a convertible to drive with the roof up....

If ya wont drown get that roof down.....

I had my roof down too on Wednesday - wonderful - although I passed a beautiful new burnt orange zed with a black roof: I know it was black because the roof was up......... :headbang:
