I think I need another one!

Since selling the E89, my lovely wife has been missing it quite a lot. She is not happy that I, apparently, "made her sell it". I will admit that it had a certain charm for me too.

So I think we may be on the lookout for another very soon. I am going to look at the G29 aswell, but think they are still a bit expensive for a 'summer toy'.

It would have to be an N20, in either of the whites, or VO, or possibly Melbourne Red.

Don't you go lowering the tone of the VO community! :poke:

been doing the same.
the g29 are at about 25k for a 19 plate, but need to wait until next year in hopes that they drop to within budget.

What are G29's starting at? 20i she would be looking for?
About £25k. Too much. Just thought, they are all autos so that is out. She won't drive an automatic!

Having met Andy’s wife when we bought her white Z4 I can vouch for the fact he is punching well above his weight! A lovely lady. She seemed to have good eyesight too. So I’m not sure how she has ended up with him. Maybe he has hidden talents, not yet demonstrated on the Forum.😉

The question is, is the car really for you or your wife?
If its for your wife, does she know the g29 is now a soft top?
It could make quite a difference to whether she wants one or not. My wife just doesn't want a soft top so the e89 will probably be the last convertible we own.
If its for you, what makes you think you will be happier with a g29 over any other car you have wanted but sold on quickly?

This is the start of the Z3 being moved to his wife ...
She don't like it. Thinks it looks like an upside-down boat. She does have a point!

He/she won’t own it long enough to do that :tumbleweed:

I'd agreed a deal on this one for collection next week but now can't complete. Happy to put you in the frame with the seller if you're interested.

It's a 2013 plate 20i with 32,500 miles.

Anyway happy to send you the Car Vertical search details I paid for and the VIN report but it does have the pure traction design and comfort packages along with heated seats but no IDrive
