Makes me think soemthing isnt right with it.
 
So did that car actually get all the mods, and then get them all removed before selling.

I notice on the Simpson site that the plan was to upgrade the engine internals so they could handle more boost/higher revs, etc. Did this actually happen and is the engine still like that or did the owner change everything back to stock???
 
The thing I find most shocking other than the price tag is that horrid piece of plastic sitting on top of the boot lid.

TBH I would imagine only Simpson know what really happened to that car, the previous owner seems a bit confused by talking about a CSL engine :idunno:
 
They'll NEVER get that price. Unless maybe they had left the supercharger and all the rest in. Even then probably not.
 
The reason it's not sold is the price!

Back in January 3.0Si's were going for less with good spec and 40k ish miles! I even think a 90k mile 3.0Si with ProNav went for £11k down London way!

A nice car no doubt, it'd probably go quickly at £14,000. The way I see it is, after summer if it hasn't gone, the values will go down again and they will never be as high again as they will be this summer. They really should get it moved on for an ok price now, than wait and have to go much lower as buyers just go for 3.0Si's for the same money coming into next summer!
