I pad is Driving me mad

I don't know about iPad specific apps for this, but a third party site like photobucket is the best place to start. You upload your photo(s) to them and they provide links you can paste in here. Alternatively Flickr, Picasa, facebook etc allow you to share photos.

*I think* but could be wrong, that someone wrote a helpful post/topic on this. Someone might be able to share it.
 
Use Photobucket. It gives you a link after you upload and just tap it once, and it will copy the link, and then just post it on the thread here.....easy!
 
Yup, I used to use DropBox but for some reason it stopped working when I posted on here, so I switched o,the Photobucket iPad app. Even let's you copy an IMG link so you don't have to faff around selecting the URL and pressing the button on the forum, which is sometimes a pain on an iPad. I am a convert :thumbsup:
 
Don't find copy / paste that easy on an iPad though. Prefer a "proper" keyboard and computer.
 
In photobucket you can just tap the string and it copies it right away, and you just paste it into the subject on here.....it's really good.
 
Press the middle icon, between the camera and the bird. Chose from taking a pic or you library, if library select pic and away you go. Tapatalk hosts it and inserts the img link.

So easy it makes me think you have something missing or you would not be asking.

I must be doing some thing wrong as I hav'nt got that feature. On my I phone 4 or I pad 2. I'm so clue less with things like this. Sorry :cry:

So how is it hosted by tapatalk?. I would rather have control of who's hosting my photos.

You have a point. But do they store geotagging? No computer expert but that's concerning.

Also, I've just had to edit tapatalk to remove I AM HERE. For all to see my location. What's that all about!!!!!

Probably owned by Google or Facebook - default settings for things like this are 'on' quite a lot nowadays. It'll be in the small print of the license agreement or privacy policy othe app that none of us ever read :roll:
