I bought some ice lollies when I had a sore throat earlier in the year, hit the spot perfectly.

Started buying them again a few weeks back when the warm weather arrived... they might be your ideal solution! I highly recommend the overpriced Waitrose ones I've been buying

P.s. for the record I didn't think lurgy could survive in these temperatures :lol:
