when posting a youtube link, you need to just include the stuff after the "v=",
like this:

Code:
[youtube]SGv1XdQsnZs[/youtube]

rather than using the full link, like this (which wont work on the forum)

Code:
[youtube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGv1XdQsnZs[/youtube]

I know it's confusing, but it's the only way it works

in regards to operation when moving, that's going to add strain onto the system and possibly damage the roof mechanism..
I'd probably be rather nervous with that part.

the rest is pretty much the same as gaptech offers.

My understanding is that the SmartTop only has real relevance for hard top convertibles, and then only below 25 mph and on a smooth surface! On a soft top the low limit to operate the roof (7 mph?) is appropriate as any higher speeds will surely damage the hood mechanism.

My advice is go for the Gaptech. It's not only less complicated and cheaper but has been tried and tested by many Forum users, myself included.

Half the Dutch forum is using a similar module from Germany (Xcarstyle) or the smattop module (labelled in the Netherlands as Cabriotronic), including myself. Some guys have been using such a module for more than five years now.

I have never heard of any trouble because of the roof retrcation during driving. Moreover; most people experience this as being by far the best feauture of the entire module, as it prevents you from having to do a full stop when the rain starts falling down.

You will of course have to take into account the obvious do's and don'ts and assess whether the situation at hand allows you to retract while driving ...

I think I don't need the speed limiting if I can control the speed well.I mean I don't want to do a big operation.Do you have any manual about xcar-style product. I can't google it. Thanks a lot!
