8j front, 9j rear, et40 offsets - will these fit on my 2003 3.0i SE without needing to do anything other than swap them over?!?

Yes.
They will extend 7mm at the front and 16mm on the rears compared with say, 108s.
No issues, just make sure they are 5x120 pcd and the centre bore is 72.6mm

Looking at some wheels in this size myself, link below, good to know there are no fitment / rubbing issues. Will they look flush though or need spacers for the best look?
