I just love my Z...

Despite having my ownership experience being the worst I've ever had on any car I've ever owned... I love my Z. I liken it to Stockholm syndrome.. in awe of my captor. Its lost too much money for me to move on without having a lump in my throat.. but equally I still can't find anything that I want more. Its had more bloody issues than I care to list, I'm still battling with rattles and odd weird electrical gremlins, but I love the damn thing to death. Still, three years on, I go out to sit in the car on an evening just because I love it, not even to drive but just to sit, renaming random music on the iDrive, setting up things for the next day on the portal etc... or just to look at the stunning pure white design interior... that's before I even go out and just drive... Pop it in sport and flick the DCT in sport mode and floor it, jesus that 35i engine flies... Still surprises me, still makes me swear out loud as I'm smacked into the seat by each DCT punching shift. Damn...

Anyone else super-entranced with their Z?

i like it but i'm not as fanatical as you :P

i do often gaze out of my window at its looks and it is nice to drive though...... will be even more nicer in 6 months when it gets warm again :D

no gremlins on mine so far

Yes I am. I've been lucky as its the first car I have ever bought privately and it has behaved beautifully. Two family holidays round Europe and a number of zed runs have been great fun, and I know it will always put a smile on my face even when just driving to work.

Recently been driving my wife's 1'er quite a bit, and over the weekend missed my Z. This morning I took it to work....only a 2 miles trip, but felt good!

Agreed I have had my fair share of problems. Rattles squeaks wipers not working. But all is forgiven and I love these cars

This for me too - though my Euro cherry has yet to be popped. I love it

As well me being obsessive about my car, it still attracts lots of attention from passers by and other motorists. Its a good feeling when you park up outside a pub/coffee shop and you can see the attention given to your car. ( all good )

3 months in and i still want to spend every waking moment in it!
I also go to the garage just to look at it! Bloody sad as the wife says!

Mine goes into my garage over the winter months and in March its like having a new car again! :D
