The other night I went to park up in a multi-storey car park and was messing around inside the car. I switched the headlights on and could see them shining on the wall opposite - but something strange caught my eye!
When the lights are switched on, the drivers-side headlight 'dips' down, back up and does a little 'twitching' before resting back in it's starting position. I've never noticed it before. The passenger-side light makes no movement whatsoever, just the drivers side.
I also noticed that the switch to raise/lower the direction of the headlights only affects the drivers side light. So on this basis I assume there's a problem with the passenger side light - but with all the dipping and twitching going on it seems like there's an issue with the drivers side light too.
What's actually supposed to happen when you switch the headlights on? Should there be movement? I'm thinking it's not a big issue as long as the headlights work?
